The Power of the Law of Vibration: How to Use It to Create a Better Life
At the most fundamental level, everything in the universe is composed of energy that is vibrating at different frequencies. In addition to this, every object, substance, being, thought and emotion has its own unique vibrational frequency that can be positively or negatively charged. As we become conscious of the frequencies we are putting out into the world, we can consciously and intentionally maintain positivity through our thoughts and feelings. This week on Journeys Through Change (formerly known as Go Go Bistro), I am talking about using the power of the law of vibration to create a better life.
In this episode, I discuss:
- What is the law of vibration and how this relates to what many of us are familiar with, the law of attraction.
- A few practices you can use to consciously raise your frequency.
- The abundance that comes your way when you operate at a higher frequency.
Keep your energy high, set your intention, and trust that the universe will match it and likely offer up something well beyond your expectations.
